Foster will host the internationally renowned Stuttgart Youth Chamber Orchestra this August as part of their Australian tour. The acclaimed German ensemble, founded in 1960 and comprising musicians aged 12 to 20, brings decades of excellence to the Foster War Memorial and Arts Centre.
