Well, we have come to another season end here at the bowling club and the focus is now shifting to winter holidays, football and for the ones who are game, winter bowls.
The season finished with a celebration for the Second Division on Saturday, as they won the flag against the formidable side of Fish Creek, well done to us and commiserations to Fish Creek. Our Fifth Division went down to San Remo but we still stay in the Fifth Division for next season.
A big well done to all the players in all the teams over the Saturday and Tuesday pennant season. Great bowling everyone, no matter the weather. Lorraine Warren
